Under this Privacy Policy, ID Fine Porselen San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ('ID Fine' or the 'Company') acts as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ('KVKK').

We may collect the following categories of personal data, depending on how you interact with us:

• Identity: name, surname, job title, company name.
• Contact: email, phone, billing / shipping address, country.
• Transaction: sample requests, quotation / order content, dealership application data, payment records (via banking intermediary).
• Digital footprint: IP address, cookie identifiers, session logs, visited pages, device / OS / browser information.
• Marketing preferences: newsletter subscription, commercial electronic message consent / withdrawal.
• Communication content: any message, email or form content you send us.

We process your personal data only for the following purposes, relying on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

• Fulfilling samples, quotations, product enquiries or dealership applications you request (contract performance).
• Managing customer and dealer relationships and providing after-sales support (legitimate interest / contract).
• Meeting our legal obligations — invoicing, tax, export documents (legal obligation).
• Site security, abuse prevention, retention of access logs (legitimate interest).
• Where you have consented; sending newsletters, campaigns and commercial communications (explicit consent).
• Statistics, anonymous traffic analysis, improvement of user experience (legitimate interest / explicit consent).

Your data may be shared with the following parties, only to the extent necessary:

• Suppliers / partners: shipping, logistics, printing, payment intermediaries, digital infrastructure providers.
• Service providers: email delivery, cloud hosting, analytics and error monitoring providers.
• Authorities: when required, courts, administrative bodies and other public authorities authorised by law.
• Group companies: entities within the same group where operationally necessary.

We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Some service providers we use as part of our digital infrastructure (e.g. cloud servers, email, cookie / analytics platforms) are located outside Türkiye. In such cases, data is transferred under Article 9 of the KVKK to countries providing adequate protection, or under written undertakings from the receiving party; your explicit consent is obtained where required.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was processed, or as required by applicable law. For example:

• Sample & quotation records: 10 years from end of relationship (Turkish Commercial Code).
• Marketing consents: until withdrawal of consent.
• Site log records: 2 years.
• Financial and tax documents: 10 years.

When the retention period ends, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

We apply administrative and technical measures together: access controls, password policies, secure transport (HTTPS / TLS), regular security updates, breach management procedures and employee awareness training. Internet transmission is never 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection; in the event of a breach we will notify you and the Authority within the timeframes required by the KVKK.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to ask the Company to:

• Confirm whether your personal data is being processed, and request information if so,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom data has been transferred, domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data,
• Request erasure or destruction under the conditions provided by law,
• Request that corrections / erasure be communicated to third-party recipients,
• Object to outcomes generated by automated systems that adversely affect you,
• Claim compensation in case of damage caused by unlawful processing.
