ID Fine has been shaping porcelain in Kütahya, Türkiye since 1972. Every collection — from a flat plate to an oval platter, from a cup to a bowl — begins in the workshop and travels through the moulder's hand, the glazer's kiln, the decorator's brush to the table of a chef in more than 40 countries.
There is a teammate at every stop of that journey. This page is a door for anyone who is thinking of joining that team — whether you are a master who has spent decades at the bench, or a recent graduate of a design school.

01 — Philosophy
Porcelain cannot be rushed. Turning raw clay into a finished plate — through casting, first firing, glazing and final firing — takes at least 7 days. Each stage relies on the care of the one before it.
We build our team with the same patience. Instead of hiring quickly, we prefer to wait for the right person. To us, a moulder, a sales lead and a designer are different faces of the same plate.
There is no single quality we are after — skill, experience, vision or curiosity all matter. What we really look for is one thing: an insistence on honouring the detail.
