Production discipline

Every piece carries three standards at once.

Process

From clay to plate, six thresholds.

Our firing, glazing and quality-control processes are carried out with care, in line with international standards.

  1. 01

    Clay preparation

The raw-material mix is prepared with formulas matured over years. The foundation of plasticity and final strength is laid here.

  2. 02

    Forming

Forms are made by wheel, casting and pressing. Each technique is chosen for the geometry and weight of the product.

  3. 03

    Biscuit firing

The first firing determines the final porosity of the body and its readiness for thermal resistance.

  4. 04

    Glazing

Matte, glossy or reactive glazes — they form both the aesthetic and the hygienic shield of the plate.

  5. 05

    High-temperature kiln

At up to 1380 °C, the body earns its porcelain identity. The glaze fuses to the body; the colour reaches its final state.

  6. 06

    Quality control

Every piece is inspected one by one for size, colour, cracks, glaze consistency and thermal balance.
