Depending on the nature of our relationship with you, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

• Customer transaction: request / order records, invoice information, dealership file.

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Carrying out product, sample and quotation processes you have requested.
• Managing customer / dealer relationships and providing after-sales support.
• Meeting contractual and legal obligations (Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law, VAT, export legislation etc.).
• Providing information to authorised persons, institutions and organisations as required by law.
• Audit, reporting and risk management of Company activities.
• Information security, fraud and abuse prevention.
• Where you have given explicit consent; sending newsletters, campaigns and event invitations.

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Explicit provision in laws (Art. 5/2-a).
• Necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
• Fulfilment of a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).
• Establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e).
• Necessary for our legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f).
• Explicit consent (Art. 5/1) — only for marketing communications and optional cookies.

Your data may be transferred to the extent necessary for the above purposes, in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to: our business partners, suppliers, cloud / hosting / email service providers, shipping and logistics companies, payment intermediaries, independent auditors, legal advisors and public authorities authorised by law. For international transfers we prefer countries providing adequate protection or undertakings approved by the KVKK Authority; explicit consent is obtained where required.

Your data is collected through forms and cookies on our website, email, phone, social media, commercial contracts, fairs / events, dealership applications and our business partners, in electronic and / or physical form.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information about it if it is being processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties (domestic / abroad) to whom data has been transferred,
• Request correction of incomplete / incorrect data,
• Request erasure / destruction under Article 7,
• Request that corrections / erasure be communicated to third-party recipients,
• Object to outcomes from automated analyses that adversely affect you,
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You can submit Article 11 requests under the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller using one of the following channels:

• In writing, with a signed petition and identity documents sent to the postal address above,
• Via registered electronic mail (KEP),
• From the email address you previously notified to us, to kvkk@idfine.com.tr.

Requests are responded to within 30 days at the latest, free of charge as a rule. If a fee schedule is set by the KVKK Authority, the fee from that schedule may be charged.
