The ID Fine design team works with the vision of creating tables that enrich the guest experience across the HoReCa world. Every form is shaped not only by aesthetic concerns but also by professional requirements such as function, stackability and service ease.
Principles
Does it bring the food forward?
Palette, glaze character and form serve the presentation taking the stage, not the plate. The timeless elegance of traditional table art meets the innovative lines of modern gastronomy.
Does it ease the work of the service team?
Weight distribution, grip lines and edge geometry offer a hand experience that does not tire over long service shifts. Hot dishes stay hot, cold dishes stay cold.
Does it save the kitchen's space?
Every centimetre matters in a professional kitchen. Forms are designed not to inflate shelf volume but to accelerate the dishwashing cycle.
Will it still belong to the collection in five years?
With the Sustainable Harmony approach, a plate bought today sits naturally with new collections years later. Continuity instead of trends.
Our approach
The result: designs that inspire chefs' creative presentations, fit a venue's concept and offer long-lasting use.
Studio process
Every collection sprouts from in-depth conversations with the professional kitchen. Needs, gaps, dreams.
From sketch to 3D prototype; weight, balance and stackability are quantified.
Matte, glossy, reactive. Each glaze is tested under kitchen light with cues drawn from nature's palette.
After kiln tests, durability trials and service simulations, the product joins the collection.
