A few common questions.

Are samples paid?
The first 3 samples are free; shipping is on us within Türkiye, on the recipient for international shipments. For requests beyond 3 pieces, we share the invoice details before producing — once you approve, we prepare.
Can I request samples for personal use?
Our sample programme is set up for restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering, healthcare, corporate dining and wholesale buyers. For individual buyers, single-piece purchase via our dealer network is faster — our dealers page is the place for that.
Which collections can I request?
You can request samples from all 140+ active collections under the ID Fine, Roots and 1972 brands. If you request a collection that is out of season or custom, our team will suggest an alternative.
Can I get branded (logo) samples?
The standard sample programme does not include branding. For private label, please use the brief form on Custom Production & Private Label — MOQ, techniques and lead times are shared there.
Do I need to return the samples?
No. Samples are sent for you to use; we do not expect returns. We assume the request is part of a pre-purchase evaluation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to 40+ countries; transit time is typically 3—10 business days. International shipping fees are shared after you approve the request — packing starts once you confirm.
